You shoot that awesome video at an event last weekend or just shot videos of your friends being crazy, you keep tonnes of video and exhaust your memory on phone and finally end up deleting them. Sounds familiar?
Seems like we all have been there most of the times. Here’s a thought ever thought of starting your channel on YouTube, seems like an impossible task and worried about investments. Don’t worry as far as you are thinking to create your personal channel, share, upload your video to your friends and with rest of the world. You are in luck and yes it’s free.
You must be thinking “that’s all good said then done, I have the videos but I don’t know how to upload” or maybe you know how to upload but don’t see much traffic or viewers on your videos.
Let’s see how to upload videos on YouTube…properly.
- Sign into your YouTube account ( If you don’t have one then > Go to youtube.com> In the top right, click Sign in > Click Create Account). Once you are all set to upload your video.
- Click on Upload at the top of the page.

Before you start uploading the video you can choose the video privacy settings.
Select the video you’d like to upload from your computer. You can also create a video slide show or import a video from Google Photos.
As the video is uploading you can edit both the basic information and the advanced settings of the video, and decide if you want to notify subscribers.

Click Publish to finish uploading a public video to YouTube. If you set the video privacy setting to Private or Unlisted, just click Done to finish the upload or click Share to privately share your video.

If you haven’t clicked Publish, your video won’t be viewable by other people. You can always publish your video at a later time in your Video Manager.
